Orderly Construction

During the construction phase, communication is equally important. The project foreman will be on-sight to update you on our progress.

Many property owners wish to make additions or changes while work is in progress. Feel free to speak with the project foreman or call our office to address these concerns.

When the construction is complete, we’ll conduct a final walk-through. We’ll take you through the project step by step, explaining exactly what we’ve done, and answering your questions.

Extensive Follow-up

Congratulations! You now have a beautiful outdoor living space. Our work, however, is not yet finished. As you enjoy your transformed property, we will be conducting two follow-up visits.

The first visit usually takes place two weeks after the project has been completed. We want to see that plants are thriving, grass is growing, and walls and patios are holding strong. We may give you tips on maintaining your landscape and address any concerns.

The second follow-up will be approximately one month later. Again, we are there to ensure your continued satisfaction with our work. Any additional questions can be answered at this time.

Leonard Landscaping takes much pride in creating beautiful, properly constructed landscapes. This is why we choose to follow-up on our projects. It is not necessary for you to be present during these visits, however, we do recommend that you attend at least one.
